Common Questions
Frequently Asked
What types of businesses do you work with?
We represent a wide range of businesses from startups through established enterprises. We have particular depth serving restaurant groups and hospitality businesses, health and wellness consumer brands, franchise systems, and companies navigating commercial real estate transactions.
How quickly do you respond to new inquiries?
We respond to all inquiries within one business day. For urgent matters — an ABC hearing, a pending contract deadline, or an employment crisis — call or text directly at 818.648.8880.
Do you offer flat fee or retainer arrangements?
Yes. We offer flat fees for defined-scope projects like lease reviews, FDD preparation, or trademark registrations, and retainer arrangements for ongoing counsel. We discuss fee structures during our initial consultation.
Do you represent clients outside of California?
Yes. Our primary office is in Century City, California, but we serve clients nationally and internationally. Our team holds bar admissions in California and Georgia, and we work on multi-jurisdictional matters through our counsel network.
What is your approach to new client relationships?
We start with a consultation to understand your business, your goals, and your current legal exposure. We believe in long-term relationships — not transactional ones. Most of our clients have worked with us for years across multiple practice areas.
How do I know if I need an attorney?
If you're signing a lease, raising capital, hiring employees, protecting a brand, or facing any kind of dispute — you benefit from counsel. The cost of a legal review is almost always less than the cost of a problem that goes unaddressed.
